LEARNTOR Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for African youth through education, digital skills development, and life mentorship.
We partner with communities, schools, governments, and private sector leaders to empower boys and girls from underserved areas — equipping them with 21st-century skills and purpose-driven leadership.

TechUp Boys: Building Future Leaders from the Streets to the Digital Stage.
TechUp Boys is our flagship initiative — equipping African boys aged 15–19 from underserved communities with critical digital skills, mentorship, and life purpose — even without access to laptops or internet.
With simple tools, community-driven mentorship, and real-world digital exposure, we help boys move from ‘street smarts’ to ‘tech smarts,’ ready to lead in tomorrow’s economy.

Who We Are
Learntor Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under the Corporate and Affair Commission of the federal republic of Nigeria with approval by Lagos State from District VI. We are founded by Mercy George-Igbafe, a devoted and passionate volunteer and mother of a child living with a disability

What We Do
Our focus is educate, equip and enlist students living with disabilities through our online trainingand soft skills training whilst providing mentoring opportunities for financial independence

Our Program
Learntor Foundation through its partnership with other Lagos state Secondary Schools have ongoing weekly training on social media marketing skills every Wednesday. We are scheduled for a Trade fair where the learners would come to showcase their products
